Satellite Services awarded multiple task orders under the DISA TIM IDIQ contract.

CHARLOTTE, NC (July 21, 2011) – Satellite Services, Inc. (SSI), a leading small business provider of facilities operations and maintenance services for U.S. Government clients, announced today that it has won three task order contracts under the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) TIM IDIQ.

DISA provides critical services to the U.S. Government and armed forces throughout
the world, thus their facilities must maintain a constant state of readiness. By building
off of SSI’s successful management approach at the DISA Montgomery, GA facility, the
task order awarded to SSI earlier this year, SSI will provide 24/7/365 support to DISA’s
facilities in Ogden, UT; San Antonio, TX; and Oklahoma City, OK.

SSI’s President, Art Fitzgerald, responded by stating “SSI is proud of the work we have
accomplished in Montgomery and we will continue to provide DISA with outstanding
support at their other locations. We strive to build a lasting partnership with DISA’s
leadership and will work together to enhance their everyday operations.”

SSI is now providing facilities operations and maintenance services to four out of DISA’s nine U.S. facilities. SSI is awaiting the task order award for additional DISA sites in the near future.

Satellite Services awarded follow-on contract at March Air Reserve Base

CHARLOTTE, NC (April 21, 2011) – Satellite Services, Inc. (SSI), a leading small business provider of Base Operating Services (BOS) for government clients, announced today that it has won the follow-on contract to SSI’s current BOS contract at March Air Reserve (ARB) in California. This contract is has a seven year term. SSI’s
President, Art Fitzgerald, responded by stating “SSI is honored to be a long standing
partner of the Air Force Reserve Command and will continue to support the men and
women at March ARB with professionalism and pride.”

The firm fixed-price contract will provide March ARB with Base Supply, Motor
Vehicle Operations and Maintenance, Traffic Management Office, Transient
Aircraft Maintenance, Real Property Maintenance, Fuels Management, and Airfield
Management.
